GUIDELINES
- members may only nominate one person per category (excluding relationship of the month).
- members are allowed to nominate a member or members for each category once.
- nominated members, characters, or threads must be considered active.
- relationship of the month can either be: family, friends, lovers, or enemies.
- the deadline for nominations is July 26th at midnight.
- all nominations must be pmed to the admin only.
